1. Acceptance

By placing an order on Roza you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and payment

  • All prices are in Egyptian pounds and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment is cash on delivery.
  • We may ask you to confirm your order with a verification code sent to your mobile.
  • We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or the details provided are incorrect.

3. Delivery

  • We deliver to all governorates in Egypt through our courier partners.
  • Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on the governorate.
  • Delivery fees depend on the governorate and are shown before you confirm the order.
  • If you are not available, the courier will contact you to arrange another time.

4. Returns

Returns and exchanges follow our Returns & Exchanges policy.

5. Products and prices

We work hard to keep product information and prices accurate. If a price is wrong, we will contact you before shipping.

6. Fake orders

Fake or deliberately duplicated orders are cancelled. Repeated fake orders may result in the phone number being blocked from ordering.
