14-day return window

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging.

How to return

1. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number before sending anything back.
2. We confirm eligibility and arrange a pickup.
3. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund or exchange is processed within 3 business days.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry cannot be returned. Sale items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full at no cost. Manufacturing defects are replaced free of charge within 30 days.
